Creative Production
The idea is approved. Now it has to reach every market.
We adapt approved creative into complete, delivery-ready sets — print, digital display, social, retail and out-of-home — across the languages and markets a campaign actually runs in.

CRM · NLFour disciplines, one specification pack.
Everything runs against the same captured rules, so the fourth campaign costs less effort than the first.
Print and artwork
Press, magazine, outdoor, retail and point-of-sale, adapted per market and prepared properly for the press: bleed and trim, colour space, overprint, mandatories and territory-specific legal lines.
Digital display and HTML5
Complete format sets built to platform specification, with the file-weight and fallback discipline that decides whether a set is accepted or bounced, plus clickTag implementation and ad-server-ready packaging.
Motion and video versioning
One film made to work everywhere: 16:9, 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16, platform cutdowns, subtitling and captioning, localised endframes and audio versioning.
Localisation and transcreation
Copy adapted with the layout reworked for text expansion, market-appropriate imagery, typography per script, and regulatory variation by territory. English and French natively.
Adaptation across surfaces and markets.
The same discipline, a very different sector.
Automotive retail runs to different rules: model and plate detail that must be exact, stock and availability wording that changes week to week, warranty claims, and a mandatory legal line and distributor lockup on every placement.
Square social placements for the Belgian market, in French — produced to the same specification discipline as the beauty work above.
Adaptation work produced by Seastream Media designers for European agency partners. The brands shown are end advertisers of those agencies, not direct Seastream clients. Brand marks require written authorisation before publication.
A dedicated team, not a queue.
The commercial logic of offshore production only works if quality is stable, and stability comes from continuity of people.
Specification
Brand rules, masters, templates, format matrix and naming convention, captured once.
Brief
A batch with a deadline, routed to the team that already holds your conventions.
Production
Mechanical steps automated, compositional decisions made by designers.
Two-layer QA
Conformance checks, then a named reviewer against brand and campaign intent.
Delivery
Packaged to your structure, with a QA record and a corrections log.
The matrix completed, not a selection.
The full adapted format set, print-ready or platform-ready and named to your convention; organised working files so you are never locked into us; the QA record for the batch; and the specification pack itself, which is yours and portable.
Recurring errors are our problem, not yours.
Corrections are logged, and a correction that recurs is treated as a defect in the specification pack rather than an individual mistake. A supervisor reviews volume and exceptions on an agreed cadence, so the same fix is not made twice.
Machines do the mechanical part. People do the deciding part.
In use today
Batch export, colour-space conversion, compression and format conversion; deriving the mechanical size variants of an approved layout from masters and templates.
Being extended
Automated validation of dimensions, weight, colour space, naming and completeness against the format matrix, and compliance with a platform's published specification.
Human only, by design
Whether an adaptation is on brand and on message. Every asset that leaves here has been looked at by a person who is accountable for it.
We use AI-assisted tooling for drafting and mechanical editing, under a designer's review. We do not deliver machine-generated creative unreviewed, and we will tell you where it was used in preparing an asset if that matters to your brand or legal team.
Send us one real batch.
A representative job with a real deadline tells you more than any proposal. You keep the output either way.
