We collect only the data you provide directly through contact forms or meeting booking:
- Identity — first name, last name
- Contact details — email, company name
- Message content
- Meeting booking data — via HubSpot

4. Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained for up to three years after last contact. Client engagement data is retained during the engagement plus ten years for legal and tax reasons. Analytics data: 26 months.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted processors (HubSpot, Google) under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements. Data may be transferred to our Mauritius delivery team under appropriate safeguards.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object and to data portability. Exercise these via info@seastreammedia.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

Technical and organisational measures including access controls, HTTPS encryption in transit, and non-disclosure agreements for all personnel handling client data.
