Our expertise

Execution, at the standard agencies expect.

Three capabilities, shown rather than claimed: creative production at campaign volume, media operations under defined control, and digital engineering.

A — Creative Production At scale, across markets Print, digital, social and retail adaptation in multiple languages.
B — Media Operations Controlled by design Campaign execution with defined permissions and human approval.
C — Digital Engineering Applications and platforms Custom platforms, integrations and multilingual architectures.
A — Creative production at scale

One master. Every market, format and language a campaign needs.

Our largest service, and the one international agencies buy first: adaptation of approved creative into complete, correct, delivery-ready sets — print, digital, social, retail and out-of-home.

Provenance

Adaptation work produced by Seastream Media designers for European agency partners. The brands shown are end advertisers of those agencies, not direct Seastream clients. Named references and brand marks require written authorisation before publication — see the note at the foot of this page.

Across every surface

The same brand discipline, wherever the campaign lands.

Each surface has its own rules — trim and bleed, file weight, safe areas, platform specifications, legal lines, and copy that changes length with every language.

Press page adaptation for fragrance and skincare campaigns
Surface 01 Print Press, brochure and catalogue, prepared for press with bleed, trim and colour space.
Wide-format digital display banner adaptation
Surface 02 Digital display Full format sets to platform specification, with weight limits and fallbacks respected.
Social post and story adaptation for a beauty campaign
Surface 03 Social Post, story and in-feed ratios, with the composition reworked rather than cropped.
In-store poster adaptation for a beauty retail launch
Surface 04 Retail & out-of-home In-store, window and large format, built at the scale they are printed.
Markets and languages

Adapted, not translated.

The work above runs in French, Dutch, German and English. Copy length changes by up to a third between languages, so layouts are reworked rather than refilled — and market-specific legal lines and mandatories are handled as part of the adaptation, not as an afterthought.

How quality is held

Two layers, every batch.

Automated conformance checks on the things a machine judges better — dimensions, resolution, colour space, weight, naming, completeness against the format matrix. Then a named reviewer against brand and campaign intent. Both pass before anything is delivered.

B — Controlled media operations

Delegate the execution. Keep the control.

We build, traffic, monitor and report campaigns under your brand — and nothing reaches a live account until someone on your side has approved that exact change.

01

Brief

Your plan, objectives and approval chain, agreed in writing.

02

Preparation

We build the campaign in full. Nothing is live and nothing is spending.

03

Quality checks

Account, budget, dates, targeting and tracking checked against the plan.

04

Your approval

A named person on your side signs off that exact campaign.

05

Execution

Only what you approved goes live, and the change is on record.

Expertise

Named operators with international advertiser experience, and a supervisor accountable for the output.

Automation

The repetitive parts of preparing and checking a campaign handled by tooling, so attention goes to the decision.

Control

You grant access and can withdraw it. Your approver signs off, and every change is in the platform's own history.

01

Campaign operations

Professional setup, trafficking, monitoring and reporting on Google Ads and Meta Ads, run by named operators inside your accounts and under your brand.

02

Automation & quality assurance

Structured workflows with a documented pre-launch check on account, budget, dates, targeting and tracking, before anyone is asked to sign off.

03

Governance & control

Permissions you grant and can withdraw, approval by a named person on your side, and every change visible in the platform's own history.

Stated accurately

We operate Google Ads and Meta Ads. Measurement platforms — Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager — are configured for tracking and reporting, not campaign delivery. Where a step is performed by people following a defined process rather than by software, we say so.

C — Digital engineering & applications

Software that carries real operational weight.

Custom web applications, digital platforms, multilingual architectures, commerce and integrations — built to the same standard of control as everything else we operate.

Flagship — our own platform

Plireo — advertising technology, built around approval instead of autonomy.

A platform that reads advertising accounts, analyses them and prepares an exact change — which a person with the right role approves before anything reaches a live account. AI assists, rules govern, people approve.

It is the clearest evidence of the engineering standard we work to: multi-tenant architecture, role separation, approval workflow and an operation record, in a domain where mistakes cost real money.

Plireo is ours, and we would rather say so than imply distance. The Belgian company that trades as Seastream Media Europe owns it, and our founder builds it personally — not the Mauritius delivery team, who are assigned to client work. It is in development, not commercially available, and no client operations run on it. Once validated, it is intended to support our Managed Media Services.

Scope

We describe the capabilities we can evidence. Service levels and hosting commitments are agreed per engagement, where we can genuinely meet them, and further technical references are available under NDA for a specific procurement conversation.

References

On naming clients and brands. Seastream Media has supported campaigns for major international advertisers through European agency partners. We do not publish client names, brand marks or campaign assets without written authorisation from the party that owns them, and we distinguish the agencies we work for from the advertisers whose brands appear in the work. Where authorisation is not in place, we describe the work factually instead. Named references are available on request in a commercial conversation.

Let's talk

Test us on one real batch.

A live adaptation batch with a real deadline, or one campaign flight. You judge the output rather than the proposal — and you keep the work either way.
