Web & Application Development

Software that carries real operational weight.

Custom applications, digital platforms, multilingual architectures, commerce and the integrations that connect them to the rest of a business — designed, built and maintained in-house.

What we build In-house
Custom applicationsComputation, configuration and workflow, delivered as a working product.
Digital platformsMulti-brand and multi-tenant systems on one shared codebase.
Multilingual architectureRouting, hreflang and localised content models designed in from the start.
CommercePayments, multiple currencies, shipping and returns logic.
Integrations & APIsCRM, booking, analytics and internal business systems.
Business automationInternal tooling that removes manual operational steps.
01 — First, the distinction that protects your budget

A website and an application are different commitments.

A website communicates and converts: its risks are design, content, performance and search. An application performs work — it computes, transacts, holds state and integrates with other systems — and its risks are logic, data and the edge cases that only appear under real use.

The second is a materially different undertaking in timeline, testing and maintenance. We establish which one you are commissioning at scoping, including when the honest answer makes the project larger than you hoped.

02 — How we build

What "built properly" means in practice.

Practices rather than certifications — and most of them are verifiable from your own browser on the products we run.

01

Scoping

What it must do, what it integrates with, who maintains it, and what happens at year three.

02

Design

Interfaces designed at every breakpoint they will be used at, not stacked from desktop.

03

Build

Semantic markup, performance as a constraint, structured data and technical SEO built in.

04

Review and launch

Every change to a preview environment first. Launch is planned and reversible.

05

Handover

Source code, documentation and the ability to leave. Dependency is not a deliverable.

Engineering practice

AI-assisted, reviewed, tested.

Implementation is drafted under a developer's direction, then reviewed, tested and merged by that developer. Test suites on core logic run on every change as a gate, not a report. Each change is deployed to an isolated preview before production, with a tested rollback to a known good version.

Accessibility and performance

Designed in, not retrofitted.

Semantic markup, keyboard operability, visible focus states, adequate contrast and sensible touch targets are part of how we build. Performance is treated as a design constraint. Where you need to meet a specific standard or pass a formal audit, that is scoped explicitly.

03 — What we commit to

Building software and operating it are two commitments.

We make the second only where we can genuinely meet it.

Build

Applications, platforms, multilingual architectures, commerce and integrations. Delivered with source code, documentation and repository access — ownership is yours.

Maintain

Ongoing feature and content work, monitoring, dependency updates and incident response, under an arrangement scoped to what you actually need.

Scoped per engagement

Hosting, guaranteed response times and out-of-hours cover. These carry real staffing implications, so we agree them case by case rather than publishing a blanket service level.

Stated plainly

We do not operate a round-the-clock staffed support desk, and we will say so during scoping rather than during your first incident. If your application genuinely needs that cover, we will help you plan for it.

04 — Evidence

We build the technology we believe operations should run on.

Our own platform

Plireo — advertising technology built around approval.

A multi-tenant platform that reads advertising accounts, analyses them and prepares an exact change for a person with the right role to approve. Role separation, an approval workflow and an operation record, in a domain where mistakes cost real money.

Plireo is our own platform, built personally by our founder rather than by the Mauritius delivery team. It is in development, not commercially available, and no client operations run on it.

Let's talk

Tell us what needs building.

We will tell you plainly whether it is a website or an application, what that involves, and whether we are the right team for it.
