• Meeting booking data (via HubSpot)

4. Data Retention

Contact form submissions retained up to 3 years after last contact. Client engagement data retained during engagement plus 10 years for legal/tax reasons. Analytics: 26 months.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted processors (HubSpot, Google) under GDPR-compliant DPAs. Data may be transferred to our Mauritius delivery team under appropriate safeguards.
